OUR FIRST 90 DAYS

During our first 90 days, we accomplished a lot. First, we moved into our space, organized it, and got to work cranking out Custom Cakes, retail cakes and pastries, and savory mini meals. We initially opened Mondays thru Saturdays but found it wasn't feasible. So, we modified the opening days to Thursdays through Saturdays. We found that it worked better during the colder months. Next, we started our first weekly event with our beloved Sip & Cake Classes and added the Sip & Cake, Children Edition. Both classes are every Saturday: the children's class is 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the regular class is 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. In addition to our Sip & Cake Classes, we started a new networking event called "Snack Attract." Snack Attract is a term coined by Andie. Her Snack Attract slogan is "Let's Snack and Attract the GOODLIFE!" The goal was to bring together people from the community with various professions for a fun, networking, and peer-building experience. After four weekly sessions, the Snack Attract started gaining traction. People were coming out, engaging, and having fun. Andie felt it was time that Delectable Delights by Andie focused on doing something for teenagers. And since Sip & Cake is primarily for adults and younger children, she wanted to bridge the gap between the two and do something geared toward high school students. Therefore, she is implementing Snack Attract Teen. The Snack Attract Mixer and Snack Attract Teen will be held on rotating Fridays.

NEW EVENTS ARE COMING SOON!

Starting April 28, 2023, Delectable Delights by Andie will start its Snack Attract Teen for high school students. So students can socialize and have fun with their peers in a safe and positive environment. In addition, Delectable Delights by Andie will host Game Night every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Great for a friends' night out, couples night, or family night. Delectable Delights by Andie will also start serving Sunday brunch, beginning Mother's Day. Delectable Delights by Andie is just getting started. There are many more events to come.

10 YEARS AND GOING STRONG!

GRAND OPENING

Delectable Delights by Andie's grand opening is on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Doors will open promptly at 11 am. Customers can take their desserts to go or sit and relax in the beautiful ambiance of our Parisian-themed bakery and cafe.

MENTORING PROGRAM

Each One, Teach One

In January 2023, Delectable Delights by Andie will launch its subsidiary, DDBA (Daring Designers Being Artistic), a mentoring company geared towards helping artistic entrepreneurs navigate through some of the challenges of starting a new business.
