When picking up your custom cake, make sure your vehicle is cool. We advise you to:

  1. Always pick the cake up supporting the bottom.

  2. Ensue the cake sits level during transport. Do not hold it on your lap or sit it on the vehicle seat. Place it on the floor in a secure position to avoid having it slide or move. Do not place the cake in the trunk of the vehicle.

  3. Drive carefully. Avoid sudden stops and hard turns.

  4. Place your cake in the refrigerator immediately upon reaching your destination. Leave refrigerated until 1-2 hours prior to serving it.

  5. Do not place cake in direct sunlight or in an environment > 74°.

  6. Serve at room temperature.

Follow these instructions even if your cake is covered in fondant. If your event is held the same day as your pick-up date, you may leave your fondant covered cake out as long as the room is cool room. To keep your cake moist after cutting, wrap your cake in an airtight container. Keep in the refrigerator for up to two days. To freeze your leftovers, place in an airtight container and place in the freezer for up to 30 days.
