COMPANY POLICY

We are a cashless bakery. We accept debit and major credit cards for retail purchases.

Custom cake orders can be paid by Apple Pay, Zelle, and CashApp only.

For custom cake orders, a 50% deposit must be paid at the time of order. We only accept orders once a deposit is paid. The balance must be paid before pick up. We deliver within a 20-mile radius or if the drive time is 1 hour or less. A delivery fee will be charged and must be paid before delivery. You must select the delivery option when placing your order. We may be unable to accommodate last-minute delivery requests.

Deposits are non-refundable.

It is best for you to pick up your cake; however, we understand it may not always be possible. Therefore you may have a proxy pick up your cake. Please note that the person you designate to pick up your cake is fully responsible for ensuring that your cake arrives at your venue in the same condition as during pick-up.

Our products include nuts, coconut, chocolate, and other ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. Please inquire about our products before ordering to avoid a life-threatening emergency if you have a known allergy.
