Custom Cakes and  More

   COMPANY POLICY

1. We accept payments for custom cakes, premade cakes, and cupcakes through *credit cards, Cash App, and cash. For credit card transactions, an invoice will be sent to you for a smooth and secure payment process.

2. A 50% deposit is required for all custom cake and cupcake orders at the time of placement. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup.

3. Deposits are non-refundable. All Luxury Premade Cake (LPC) orders must be paid in full at the time of order. 

4. You should pick up your cake; however, if you're unable to do so, we completely understand. You are welcome to have a family member or friend pick it up on your behalf. Additionally, you can use services like Uber Courier for convenience. Please note that the person you designate to pick up your cake is fully responsible for ensuring that your cake arrives at your venue in the same condition as during pick-up.

5. We offer delivery within a 20-mile radius, which can be completed in one hour or less. Please note that a delivery fee will apply, so be sure to select the delivery option when placing your order to avoid any-minute complications. This service is available exclusively for our custom cakes.

6. We recommend placing custom cake orders at least two weeks before your event to ensure the best quality and design. For our luxury premade cakes, orders can be made within 7 days up to the day before your event. Same-day order and pickup options available as well (based on availability).

7. Some of our products include nuts, coconut, chocolate, and other ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. Please inquire about our products before ordering to avoid a life-threatening emergency if you have a known allergy. 

8. We strive to offer you the best service possible; if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, we will make it right. You may call or text 404-490-9852 within 24 hours of your pick-up. Be prepared to send us a photo or video of the product.

9. To ensure your cake remains as beautiful as it was at pick-up, please follow the cake care instructions provided (click the cake care instructions tab) or any guidance given by our decorator. Remember, it's important to take proper care of your cake, as Delectable Delights by Andie will not be held responsible for any damage once cake has been handed over to you. 

10. Customers must cancel their order at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. This policy specifically applies to Luxury Premade Cakes. Please note that cancellations are not accepted for orders placed the day before or for same-day pickups. *For cancellation of a Custom Cake or a cupcake order, please speak to a decorator directly.

11. Custom Cake, Luxury Premade Cake, and cupcake orders must be placed through our custom cake phone line only. Currently, we do not accept orders or payments through our website.
