Before completing this form, customers must consult with Delectable Delights by Andie Cake Decorator. This form must be filled out completely and accurately. The customer will pay the deposit by CashApp or Apple Pay within two hours of submitting this order form. This order form will be processed after the deposit has been paid. Customers can submit the full payment today or pay the balance at pick-up. If the customer selects delivery, the balance must be paid before delivery. Customers agree to read Delectable Delights by Andie's full policy under the policy tab.
